We’re looking for someone reliable to oversee our accommodation at night and to support clients with neighbour disputes, licence compliance, behavioural difficulties, finance and similar.
Working with young people aged 16 to 30, you will need to have a strong sense of professional boundaries and some understanding of issues relating to young people and homelessness. Keeping clear shift and support records is essential, so you will need to be able to communicate well in writing as well as face to face.
You will need to be confident working alone without supervision, and monitoring across four floors and two stairways will be essential to the role.

Rate of Pay: £8.25 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. £8.75 following satisfactory conclusion of the probationary period.
Hours of Work
You will be working on a set rota of six nights on / six nights off.
An average of 35.75 hours per week guaranteed, with overtime available from time to time.
Monday to Friday shifts are 10.45pm to 8.15am. Saturday and Sunday shifts are 8pm to 8am.
Occasional daytime sessions are required for staff meetings and training, and are notified in advance.
