We’re looking for a Receptionist / Business Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the YMCA, and to oversee our Community Centre.
Core working hours are 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, plus up to eight Saturdays per year.
You’ll be based in our Community Centre and will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of clients, business customers and other callers.
The role includes various administrative duties and requires efficiency, organisational skill and self-motivation. Recent relevant experience in customer service or administration is required. MS Word and Excel are essential to the role, as is the ability to handle money.
Rate of Pay: £8.50 per hour
