As we come to the end of 2020, we know that young people have suffered a great deal during the pandemic. The young people at YMCA Doncaster face increasing uncertainty where their education has been disrupted and employment is going to be difficult to come by.

We provide accommodation and support throughout the year, and at Christmas this continues. Throughout December, we will have our usual 24/7 staffing on site and each young person has a support worker to help them develop and achieve their goals.

Most importantly, we provide a place to stay for young people who might otherwise be homeless.

In 2021, we will begin to provide online activities for children and young people across Doncaster, and as our work develops we will be using ideas from young people and their parents to have a greater impact on young lives.  Our ambition to transform our building into a modern, accessible youth centre in the heart of Doncaster continues.

We want young people to believe in themselves, to live healthy, enjoyable lives and to feel hopeful for what is to come.

Please consider making a donation to help bring hope to young people in our town. Click on the big house above to light up a window and leave a positive message.

If you prefer the more traditional methods, those are noted below.
