Emma McKessy has served as a Board Member at YMCA Doncaster since February 2020.
Emma is a qualified Employment Solicitor and HR Director. She has more than 15 years’ experience in providing specialist employment law representation and advice to public and private sector clients across a range of industries.
After successfully completing postgraduate studies in employment law and human resources, Emma worked with nationally recognised firms before establishing her own HR consultancy and employment law practice.
Emma joined the Board following a recruitment drive to find candidates with skills in her specialty areas.
