We understand that the 'Responsible Person' named above has the authority to make bookings and has responsibility for ensuring that staff, volunteers, participants and others comply with YMCA's reasonable requirements, and in particular the following (please check to confirm).

Compliance with Health and Safety requirements from YMCA staff.
Ensuring that rooms and arrangements are appropriate to the access needs of all attendees.
Ensuring that rooms are only used for the agreed purpose.
Ensuring that no alcohol is brought into YMCA premises.
Ensuring no smoking on the YMCA premises or directly outside.
Ensuring that any electrical equipment is PAT tested and that no cooking / heating equipment is brought onto the premises.
Ensuring that participants do not cause disturbance to others using the building (and any music / noisemaking is agreed at the time of booking).
Organising appropriate PRS / PPL licences where music is played for any reason (this is not covered by the YMCA's licence).
